# Fees and Distribution

## **Current User Fees And Fee Distribution**

* **Transaction Fee Percentage**\
  An industry standard 1% fee applies to all \[BUY/SELL] transactions.
* **Fee Distribution**\
  A development-focused fee distribution model has been implemented, with distributions subject to adjustment based on evolving development needs to focus primarily on BENiBOT.

* **Ongoing Costs 10%**\
  Ongoing expenses include monthly fees for hosting the bot API/RPC and the Benibot.io website.
* **Developer Retainer 10%**\
  A developer retainer agreement has been established with a dedicated bot development team, ensuring their commitment to future releases and updates.
* **BENiBOT Development / Marketing Wallet 80%**
  * Revenue Allocation: 40% of the revenue generated by BENiBOT will be managed by the core BENI team to purchase supply for the BENI Marketing Wallet.&#x20;
  * Feature Development: A minimum of 40% of the revenue is explicitly allocated for funding additional features, with adjustments made as needed to support BENiBOT's continued development and growth.
