  A developer retainer agreement has been established with a dedicated bot development team, ensuring their commitment to future releases and updates.
* **BENiBOT Development / Marketing Wallet 80%**
  * Revenue Allocation: 40% of the revenue generated by BENiBOT will be managed by the core BENI team to purchase supply for the BENI Marketing Wallet.&#x20;
  * Feature Development: A minimum of 40% of the revenue is explicitly allocated for funding additional features, with adjustments made as needed to support BENiBOT's continued development and growth.
